5.4 Gender-Leader Bias Questionnaire (GLBQ)
The purpose of the Gender-Leader Bias Questionnaire is to help test-takers learn about and become aware of gender biases and to break harmful stereotypes.
Description
The instrument was developed by Northouse (2021) and adapted from the Gender Implicit Association Test (IAT) created by Dasgupta and Asgari (2004. Its 16-question scale assesses unconscious bias against women in leadership positions using a scale from 1 (not important) to 5 (very important). The (GLBQ) has not yet been tested empirically.
