5. CROSS SECTION INSTRUMENTS

The growing number of leadership instruments reflects the increasing complexity of the field. While these tools provide valuable insights, they can fall short in fully capturing the essence of leadership. This section acknowledges these limitations by featuring instruments that do not conform to existing categories, including those that evaluate multiple leadership styles at once. In this way, they further enrich our understanding of leadership as a multifaceted phenomenon. Featuring instruments that do not fit the standard mold, such as the Wren table, this section supports a comprehensive understanding of the latest advancements in leadership measurement.
